Practical Support:
- Assistance with household chores, cleaning, tidying and organizing
- Newborn care
- Sibling care
- Preparation of nourishing meals and snacks
- Support for all family members: making sure everyone gets a chance to eat, sleep, shower and have some personal time
- Helping to schedule visitors and being a point of contact when needed
- Company going to doctor's appointments or running errands
- Preparing herbal infusions and sitz baths

Information:
- Evidence-based information on topics such as: newborn care, safe sleep, postpartum mental health, nutrition, post-birth healing, newborn feeding and more
- Referrals to trusted local resources for services such as: mental health care, postnatal massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture, reiki, lactation consultation, sleep coaching, childcare, holistic pelvic health care & more

Emotional Support:
- Companionship and emotional support for all members of the family
- A supportive presence through the ups and downs of the postpartum period
- A listening ear to talk and process your birth and postpartum experience
- Support in writing, recording or making art about your birth experience
- Support in creating placenta prints
- Assistance setting up altars or designing supportive rituals
